The Senior Electrical Construction Project Manager oversees planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and vendor relations, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and high quality standards on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 9+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience with large-scale corporate fit-out, healthcare, data center, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and manage project strategic plans and programs to meet owner goals.
• Act as Owner's Advisor for all project phases.
• Oversee design and construction processes and coordinate teams.
• Guide clients through design/construction with ownership priorities.
• Coordinate with architect and contractor to meet objectives.
• Lead contracts: negotiate, draft, execute.
• Manage project budget and schedule; report progress.
• Lead proposal review and supplier selection; prepare RFQ/RFP.
• Select consultants and vendors and negotiate terms.
