Qualifications

• Ability to manage contracts, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project acquisition and generate leads through industry contacts.
• Participate in RFP processes and contract negotiations.
• Oversee pre-construction, budgets, and schedules with Pre-Con team.
• Build and lead the project team; ensure turnover between phases.
• Manage project operations, safety program, and client relations.
• Monitor performance and manage accounts receivable and P&L.
