Job summary

AEC Consulting Group is seeking a Project Executive for a major data-center construction in Atlanta. You will lead the project from preconstruction through turnover, owning the client relationship and guiding a high-performance team to disciplined execution across cost, schedule, safety, and quality.

The role requires senior client-facing leadership with a proven track record on ground-up data-center programs, onsite work in Atlanta, and strong control of cost forecasting and risk management.

Qualifications

• Ground-up data-center construction-management experience with a general contractor.
• Leadership of large, complex data-center projects from preconstruction through commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
• Ownership of project cost forecasting, buyout, contracts, change orders, schedule, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite delivery of a large, schedule-sensitive data-center project from preconstruction through turnover.
• Develop and lead the project team, including PMs, superintendents, engineers, and BIM/VDC staff.
• Serve as senior client contact and coordinate with owner, design team, utilities, and trade partners.
• Own commercial performance: buyout, forecasting, GMP administration, and change management.
• Drive critical-path schedule execution, long-lead procurement, and logistics planning.
• Ensure integrated electrical, mechanical, controls, safety, quality, and closeout execution.
