Job summary

AWS seeks an experienced RE Development Scheduler to lead coordination and delivery of colocation and leased data center projects across the AMER portfolio. The role owns program schedules, milestones, and deliverables while shaping repeatable delivery processes across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management with data center development experience, balancing speed, quality, and cost to standardize workflows across a geographically dispersed portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Responsibilities

• Review vendor schedules in Primavera P6 for accuracy and milestones
• Perform critical path analysis on 3rd-party schedules to identify risks and errors
• Conduct schedule quality checks in P6 to ensure proper activity codes, calendars, constraints, and loading
• Establish baseline schedules in P6 aligned with leases, milestones, and turnover dates
• Evaluate contractor change requests and time impact analyses with written assessments
• Track variances between baseline, current, and actual progress; escalate major deviations
• Develop dashboards and reports in P6 to show milestone status across projects
• Produce monthly schedule reports summarizing progress, risks, and recovery strategies
• Enforce scheduling specs: update frequency, format, coding structures, level of detail
