Job summary

Archer partners with Oracle to hire an End-to-End Data Center Technical Program Manager in Kansas City, MO or Chicago, IL. The role leads hyperscale capacity-delivery programs from site selection through handover and go-live, coordinating internal teams, colocation providers, utilities, contractors, and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hyperscale data center delivery programs from site selection through production go-live.
• Strong technical fluency in critical electrical infrastructure, low-voltage systems, structured cabling, and networking in data centers.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Leads construction of data centers by colocation providers, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
• Develops detailed project schedules and coordinates with providers for milestone achievement.
• Creates and manages budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and resource optimization.
• Oversees QA processes and coordinates design, commissioning, and handover activities.
