Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction management.
• 7+ years delivering data center or mission-critical projects.
• Experience leading senior project management and construction teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior executive leadership and strategic direction for major data center projects.
• Establish project execution strategies, governance structures, and performance expectations.
• Oversee multiple projects, sites, and delivery teams as required.
• Act as senior representative with clients, developers, investors, consultants, contractors, and partners.
• Drive executive-level decision-making and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
