Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Electrical Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize electrical power systems for high-density data centers. You will own MV/LV one-line drawings, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure reliability, safety, and compliance for HPC/AI workloads.

The role requires a PE license and 5+ years of data-center experience, with proficiency in CAD tools and electrical modeling.

Qualifications

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field is required or equivalent.
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
Minimum 5+ years of data-center electrical engineering experience.
Experience with MV/LV one-line drawings and high-power distribution.
Knowledge of HPC/AI/ML electrical requirements and high-density racks.

Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and optimize electrical systems for high-density data-center environments.
Create and update MV/LV one-line drawings across switchgear, UPS, transformers, and PDUs.
Develop electrical designs for HPC/AI/ML clusters and ensure redundancy.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and participate in reviews, commissioning, and handoffs.
Ensure NEC, IEEE, NFPA compliance and safety standards.
