Job summary

A leading global professional services company is seeking an experienced Lead Planner/Scheduler to support scheduling as a project controls function on a major project in the Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of proven experience in construction project control services, strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and proficiency in scheduling software like Primavera P6. This role involves developing project schedules and ensuring alignment with overall project milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
• Proven on site experience as a Senior/Lead Planner or Scheduler.
• Strong expertise in MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors.
• Lead schedule review meetings and present updates.
