A leading project management firm in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to oversee schedule development for a large data center project. The candidate will manage and analyze the project schedule using Primavera P6, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure accurate reporting of progress and risks. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in scheduling large-scale projects and a strong background in the data center industry. This position requires full-time, on-site work with collaborative engagement across multiple teams.
Qualifications
5+ years of scheduling experience on large capital projects.
Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
Strong understanding of commissioning workflows and critical path flow.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Primavera P6 schedule for a large data center project.
Coordinate weekly updates with project managers and trade partners.
Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports with insights and risks.
