Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in data center operations with focus on high-density compute.
• Strong understanding of electrical redundancy and power distribution.
• Hands-on experience with direct liquid cooling systems.
• Experience with incident management, RCA, and operational reporting.
• Proficiency in DCIM tools, BMS, and operational dashboards.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and GPU-based compute.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to design scalable data center solutions.
• Oversee daily high-density data center operations ensuring uptime and safety.
• Manage electrical infrastructure including UPS, ATS, and generators with cooling.
• Lead DLC system operation, monitor flow, quality, and water treatment.
• Coordinate CDU support with engineering teams for upgrades.
• Drive sourcing, vendor evaluations, and hosting partnerships.
• Provide executive reporting on milestones, risks, and ROI.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• On-board customers to colocation facilities.
• Monitor performance and implement energy efficiency improvements.
