Job summary

MacStadium is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our Atlanta team. You will lead technical operations, mentor Level 1–2 technicians, and drive strategic initiatives for data center infrastructure.

You will own SOPs, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate on disaster recovery planning, budgets, and vendor performance. Strong leadership and hands-on expertise across infrastructure domains are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center operations with proven technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in data center infrastructure and hardware lifecycle.
• Senior-level understanding across infrastructure domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical operations and mentor Level 1–2 technicians.
• Oversee large data center projects and migrations.
• Develop SOPs, runbooks, and preventive measures.
• Drive improvements to deployment speed and quality.
• Support disaster recovery planning and vendor relationships.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
