Job summary

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd is seeking a Data Center Technician to join their team in Atlanta, Georgia. This permanent position involves ensuring the safe operation of all MEP plant and distribution infrastructure within a world-class data center environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in a Data Center. You will be responsible for monitoring conditions, performing maintenance tasks, and assisting with planning and scheduling corrective activities within the facility.

• Proven success in delivering customer requirements in a critical technology environment.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure that all MEP plant and distribution infrastructure is operated and maintained in a safe manner, to best industry practice and within manufacturers recommendations.
• Monitor power and environmental conditions within all critical spaces within the facility.
• Perform assigned maintenance tasks in accordance with SF practices utilizing the internal CMMS.
• Assist with planning and scheduling corrective maintenance activities.

What you’ll need:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent AND 2 years experience working in a Data Center with proven success in delivering customer requirements in a critical technology environment
• Extensive experience working in a Data Center with proven success in delivering customer requirements in a critical technology environment
• Evidence of self-management and alignment with ever-changing priorities
• Good written and oral communication skills, tenacity, and working to a high level of accuracy
