Job summary

Suffolk is hiring a Senior MEP Superintendent for data center projects in Austin, TX. You will oversee day-to-day MEP activities, lead field teams, ensure safety, quality, and on-time project milestones.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Project Manager, managing subcontractors, maintaining project baselines and look-ahead schedules, and enforcing Suffolk's safety and quality standards across all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline and 8+ years in related construction fields.
• Ability to manage and adapt to change; applicable licenses as needed.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; strong vendor and team management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day MEP activities and OSHA safety compliance.
• Direct field personnel per project plan and Suffolk principles.
• Communicate progress daily to the Project Manager.
• Manage subcontractor performance and site logistics.
• Maintain project baselines and two-week look-ahead schedules.
