Oracle is seeking a Senior Data Center MEP PM to lead delivery of electrical and mechanical systems for hyperscale data centers in the Abilene/Shackelford, Texas area. This on-site role will work with Oracle teams, contractors, QA/QC oversight, design consultants, commissioning agents, and vendors to ensure MEP scope is delivered safely, on schedule, and to Oracle's standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years delivering data center/hyperscale construction.
• Direct experience with MEP in data centers.
• Electrical MEPs: MV distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators.
• Mechanical MEPs: cooling, CRAH/CRAC, piping, pumps.
• Hyperscale data center experience required.
• Strong coordination and QA/QC processes.
• Willingness to travel locally and work on-site.

Aufgaben

• Provide field-based PM support for MEP systems on hyperscale data center construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, QA/QC teams, developers, and vendors to monitor MEP execution.
• Support delivery of electrical and/or mechanical systems (power, cooling, fire protection).
• Track schedule, milestones, risks, and dependencies for MEP activities.
• Review installation quality, documentation, punch-list closure, and field progress.
• Partner with QA/QC to support inspections and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with commissioning teams for turnover readiness.
• Identify risks and develop clear mitigation recommendations.
• Engage in RFIs, submittals, and change impact reviews.
• Participate in MEP coordination, look-ahead planning, and QA/QC reviews.
