Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Data Center MEP PM to lead field-based MEP delivery for hyperscale data centers in the Abilene/Shackelford area. You will coordinate electrical and mechanical systems, schedule, QA/QC, and commissioning readiness with internal teams, partners, and vendors.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, safety, and alignment with Oracle infrastructure standards, with a strong preference for data center MEP experience and exceptional stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center, hyperscale, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale construction project delivery.
• Direct experience supporting MEP construction on data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience reading construction drawings, specifications, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based project management support for MEP systems on hyperscale data center construction projects.
• Monitor execution of MEP scope with construction teams, contractors, vendors and QA/QC oversight teams.
• Support delivery of electrical and/or mechanical systems including power distribution, cooling, and controls.
• Track project schedule, milestones, risks, and dependencies related to MEP construction activities.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and commissioning teams to ensure proper inspections and turnover.
