Job summary

Csquare Leads Data Center Facilities (Mechanical) in Ohio, overseeing planning, maintenance, and documentation of critical infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. This role provides mentorship to junior staff and ensures effective oversight of contractors and budgets.

The position requires strong HVAC and utility systems knowledge, project leadership, and proficiency with CMMS/BMS/ERP tools, while coordinating with sales and project teams to deliver reliable data center services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, DX systems and building management.
• Experience with CMMS/BMS/ERP tools and energy-efficiency initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with local regulatory codes and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 on-call emergency support to maintain uptime of facilities and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with customers and support staff to troubleshoot root causes.
• Conduct rounds and inspections to ensure site integrity and safety.
• Manage contractors and capital projects for building repairs and improvements.
• Develop work statements, MOPs, and documentation for ongoing operations.
• Interface with BAS and automated tools to optimize operational efficiency.
• Oversee vendor relationships and procurement for maintenance services.
• Mentor junior staff and assume facilities manager duties as needed.
• Prepare budgets and track spend for resources and projects.
