You will mentor junior staff, support QA/QC, and contribute to BIM standards and best practices in a fast‑paced environment, with hybrid work options across U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical design experience on complex facility projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM‑based design workflows.
• Experience preparing construction documents for HVAC and hydronic systems.
• Strong coordination with multi‑disciplinary teams and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit/BIM models for mechanical systems on data center projects.
• Prepare design and construction documents for HVAC and hydronic systems.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines.
• Mentor junior designers and support BIM staff development.
• Assist during construction administration with RFIs and submittals.
