Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Mechanical Revit Technician to join our Data Center team. You will develop coordinated mechanical designs from concept through construction documents, working with engineers and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, constructible solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical design experience on complex facility projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM-based design workflows.
• Experience preparing construction documents for HVAC and hydronic systems.
• Working knowledge of mechanical equipment layouts, ductwork, piping, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit/BIM models for mechanical systems on data center projects.
• Prepare detailed design and construction documents for HVAC, hydronic piping and related systems.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines.
• Mentor junior designers and support BIM execution plans.
