Job summary

Milestone Technologies seeks a Senior Logistics Process Engineer to design, optimize, document, and implement end-to-end logistics processes for large data center operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, process engineering, logistics or a comparable operational environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale data center, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or other high-volume operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end logistics processes across receiving, inspection, staging, put-away, storage, and outbound flows.
• Develop scalable internal material-distribution models for campuses, warehouses, and hubs.
• Analyze current-state operations to identify bottlenecks, delays, and opportunities for automation.
• Conduct time studies to establish standard work and capacity requirements.
• Build simulations and scenario models to test layouts, resource utilization, and future growth.
• Create and maintain process documentation including flows, swimlanes, and system rules.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for WMS/TMS/ERP and other logistics tech.
• Define and monitor KPIs to validate improvement impact.
