Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a leader to oversee critical infrastructure design and operations for its data centers worldwide. You will ensure 100% uptime of key assets, drive improvements in engineering practices, and coordinate with Real Estate, Construction, and Technology teams to deliver upgrades.

The role requires strong collaboration across geographically distributed teams, a track record of reliable project delivery, and a practical, data-driven approach to capacity and efficiency

Qualifications

5+ years in Data Center or related infrastructure engineering.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and cabling systems in data centers.
Experience with budgets and vendor cost management on data center projects.
Proven ability to lead or contribute to data center infrastructure projects.
Experience partnering with Real Estate, Construction, and Technology teams.
