Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Infra Delivery Install Tech IV for the DCC Communities to support data centers across locations in the US. You will install and move large enterprise equipment, lay fiber and copper cabling, and ensure safety standards while following defined procedures.

This role requires interstate travel and flexibility for training or relocations as needed. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in data center or related roles and experience with copper/fiber, VFL, OTDR, and network hardware.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data center, critical environment, computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, or data center operations experience.
• 2+ years of network cabling, fiber optics, and test equipment including VFL, power meter, and OTDR experience.
• Experience with network hardware: copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, routers.

Responsibilities

• Moving and installing large enterprise equipment.
• Installing Fiber and Copper cabling and patching between equipment.
• Ensuring safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation.
• Following established hardware installation procedures and break-fix activities.
• Safely using material handling tools and equipment.
• Traveling within and outside of the regional work area is required.
