Job summary

You will be involved in designing systems, developing criteria and conceptual documents, and leading a team. The role requires over 10 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and a Professional Engineering License.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years’ experience in the design of HVAC systems.
• Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain in 6 months.
• Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to the design of HVAC systems.
• Adaptability to work within a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to lead a building mechanical team on a project.

Responsibilities

• Layout and design of HVAC systems for various types of clients.
• Development of the design criteria for the HVAC systems.
• Development of conceptual design and preliminary design documents.
• Layout of Ductwork systems based on a Process and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID).
• Development of final design documents including specification and construction documents.
