Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of field engineering, infrastructure deployment, technical project execution, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10+ years of experience, including major, complex, multi site, or partner supported delivery, is preferred.
• 3+ years overseeing complex field delivery, field leads, subcontractors, or partner execution.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong technical knowledge within the assigned Field Engineering practice and broad understanding of adjacent delivery disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing scope, drawings, standards, quality evidence, and technical changes.
• Technical authority and judgment; Quality and acceptance management; Risk identification and escalation; Complex execution planning; Partner oversight; Cross functional communication; Customer facing technical leadership.
