Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of hands-on Data Center experience acting as Engineer–Project Manager.
• Experience with structured cabling, rack-and-stack, and network hardware installation.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% and work in hyperscale data centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured cabling and rack-and-stack deployments.
• Install and test fiber and copper cabling infrastructure.
• Support network hardware installation including switches and servers.
• Ensure cable management, asset labeling, and documentation.
• Execute deployment activities to meet project timelines and quality.
• Troubleshoot installation issues with engineering and operations teams.
• Act as field leader; coordinate schedules and resources.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Lead project meetings and report status; assist with onboarding.
