Currently possess or be able to obtain VA Public Trust — High Risk (BI High) / Tier 4 background investigation.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior technical authority for a defined DCCE domain (e.g., critical facilities, resiliency, or portfolio modernization).
Drive the multi-year technical roadmap and standards for the domain; provide design authority on major initiatives.
Represent DCCE at senior VA technical forums; brief senior VA leadership on strategy and outcomes.
Mentor Advisors and Lead Associates; guide the engineering practice's technical maturity.
