Qualifications

• 1+ years IT-relevant experience if degree is non-technical; 3+ years IT-relevant experience with HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for advanced system/application issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug network, system, and application issues; escalate as needed.
• Maintain inventory and documentation for hardware and cabling; track RMA/EOL processes.
• Support 24x7 on-call rotations and collaborate with cross-site teams.
