You will drive process improvements, automate routine tasks with PowerShell or Python, and collaborate using SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 to standardize workflows and documentation across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting data center environments.
• Experience with server deployments, cabling, and physical infrastructure.
• Ability to automate routine tasks using PowerShell or Python.
• Proficient with DCIM platforms and asset tracking.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform server, storage, and network equipment installations, removals, upgrades, and relocations.
• Execute rack and stack activities, hardware mounting, and cabling.
• Validate power, PDU assignments, and equipment readiness before deployment.
• Maintain inventory records, rack elevations, and deployment documentation.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement automation and standardized procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations using SharePoint and Teams to improve processes.
