Nbutexas is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction in Tampa, FL. You will oversee electrical distribution, cabling, and white-space fit-outs from preconstruction to commissioning while ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and profitability.

The role requires strong client leadership, deep experience in mission-critical facilities, and a proven track record in budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• 5+ years of electrical project management experience supporting large IT/data center projects.
• Experience with data center electrical distribution, cabling, white-space fit-outs.
• Experience in retrofits/upgrades within occupied facilities.
• Strong budgeting, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical data center projects through preconstruction to turnover.
• Ensure safety, quality, and alignment with client expectations.
• Develop and manage estimates, scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Review proposals, contracts, and manage change orders.
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and vendors; monitor progress and costs.
• Drive timely billing and protect project profitability.
