Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Data Center Design Manager, AMER on the Global Data Center Design and Construction team reporting directly to the DCE Global Design & Construction (D&C) organization lead. As a Senior Design Manager, you will manage, direct, and coordinate teams of architectural, structural, civil, MEP consultants along with required specialty consultants and internal SMEs to develop and issue complete data center design packages in accordance with our global data center design specifications and standards and all applicable code and regulatory requirements. Oversee and manage zoning, entitlement, and permitting process, including any specialty permitting requirements, to ensure permit approvals are secured prior to the commencement of construction in alignment with the project schedule. Engage with selected general and MEP contractors to provide progress design constructability, cost, and schedule reviews and input. Oversee and manage the design team to perform construction administration services to ensure the construction meets or exceeds the intent of the design package and of high quality. Perform project design change management during the project and complete project lessons learned during and post project completion, which includes information sharing within the data center program to ensure standard data center facilities are delivered with the utmost resiliency and quality.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $104,100 - $223,400 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
