SENIOR DESIGN-BUILD DESIGN MANAGER

Parsons is an industry leader in successfully delivering complex, challenging, and high-profile infrastructure projects. Some of our recent landmark design-build projects include the Federal Way Link Extension in Seattle, Washington; the HART City Center Guideway and Stations in Honolulu, Hawaii; the Foothill Gold Line Extension, LA Metro G Line, and the Purple Line Extension in and around Los Angeles, California; CA High Speed Rail – CP1 in Fresno, CA; US 69 Express Lanes near Kansas City, MO; and the Chester Bridge between Missouri and Illinois.

We are looking for a Senior Design-Build Design Manager to join our team! With over 30 design-build projects underway across the US and more than 50 pursuits, you will have numerous opportunities to deliver signature projects across North America. There are particularly opportunities throughout the Western United States where you will provide direction and management for large-scale projects, including roadway, bridge, tunnel, or rail and transit elements. You will drive marketing and pursuit strategies, scope development, scope management, and project performance. Remote work options are available, with travel to job sites required.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

1. Manage projects or programs valued over $1 billion in total installed cost.
2. Deliver transportation improvements that are much needed.
3. Foster collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

WHAT REQUIRED SKILLS YOU’LL BRING

1. 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. 20+ years of related work experience.
3. Registered Professional Engineer.
4. Design/Build experience as the Design-Manager.
5. Roadway, Bridge, Tunnel, or Rail & Transit design experience.
6. Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams on challenging, high-profile projects.
