Qualifications

• at least 57 years of experience in cost management or project controls on medium to large-scale construction programs.
• Strong understanding of civil, structural, and MEP construction, budgeting, financial reporting, and Earned Value Management.
• Proficiency in industry-standard cost management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Regular onsite presence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client interface for cost management services on a large-scale data center program.
• Lead change management processes and evaluate change orders.
• Ensure commercial governance throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Maintain change logs, perform cost planning and estimating, and provide detailed cost analysis.
• Manage financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting; mentor team members.
