The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of building management, electrical and mechanical systems, and experience leading projects from concept to completion. This position supports mission-critical infrastructure and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in data center operations or controls engineering with BMS/EPMS expertise.
• Experience with hyperscale or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and PLC programming for automation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain control systems for data centers including BMS/EPMS.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems; perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and vendors to optimize automation.
• Conduct daily inspections and predictive maintenance of cooling, power, and fire suppression.
• Provide SME leadership, mentor junior staff, and lead training.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, including upgrades and integrations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to disaster recovery planning.
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports for capacity growth.
