Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on our Atlanta projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, supervise site activities, and ensure safety through the Zero Harm program, while partnering with the project manager to keep the job on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in commercial construction, 7+ years supervising subcontractors, and a strong ability to read plans and specs.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years or more of commercial construction field experience.
• Seven years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
• Seven years or more of mission critical project experience as a General contractor or subcontractor or combined.
• Previous or current commercial construction experience in a Superintendent role required.
• Ability to read plans and specs; scheduling experience with software.
