Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-vendor equipment flows in high-reliability environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all OFCI scopes including procurement coordination, logistics, delivery, storage, installation readiness, and turnover.
• Coordinate with owners, vendors, GC teams, and MEP contractors.
• Develop OFCI delivery schedules aligned with construction sequencing.
• Track long-lead equipment including generators, UPS, and IT infrastructure.
