• Fifteen years in Construction preferred.

• Relocation is not available for this position.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% across the US.

Responsibilities

• Manages all activities for assigned projects from pre-construction to occupancy and warranty.
• Organizes construction activities with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Understands scheduling, milestones, and means/methods of construction.
• Plans reports and coordinates with project teams across disciplines.
• Coordinates with General Contractor and ensures tests/inspections are scheduled.
• Reviews pay applications and manages project documentation with Project Controls.
