Senior Data Center Construction Manager

Job summary

NES Fircroft is partnering with a leading global engineering, construction, and project delivery organization to present a Senior Construction Manager opportunity supporting a few major data center projects. This is an experienced construction leader role to own construction execution on a complex, technically demanding program.

You will oversee daily execution, manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and cost impacts while coordinating with engineering, procurement, quality, and project

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex construction projects, ideally data centers or mission critical facilities.
• Strong background in construction operations, project management, and subcontractor management.
• Experience with construction schedules, budgets, change management, and quality control.
• OSHA 10 certification required, with OSHA 30 preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across multiple construction disciplines.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily construction execution to maintain schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, scope development, and construction coordination.
• Oversee project schedules, daily work planning, change orders, and cost impacts.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Project Controls.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, inspections, testing, and project closeout.
• Build strong relationships with the client and project stakeholders.
