Job summary

Eaton Corporation's Engineering Service & Systems (EESS) Division seeks a Construction Manager to lead complex data center projects. You will drive execution from planning through closeout, coordinating across teams, managing resources, and serving as the primary on-site contact for EESS activities.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of CM experience (Electrical/Industrial preferred) and a relevant degree or equivalent. A company vehicle and paid overtime are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in construction management or project coordination with leadership exposure.
• Experience leading electrical/industrial/general construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project delivery from planning and budgeting to scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Review technical requirements, scope of work, and timelines during handoff.
• Use project management tools to track milestones, deliverables, and on-site execution.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate Eaton's work with other trades to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption.
• Manage closeout activities including punch lists, warranty handoff, and ownership transition.
• Act as primary on-site contact for EESS activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote safety initiatives across all job sites with District Operations.
• Oversee budget, change orders, and risk mitigation for financial performance.
• Collaborate with commercial ops, sales engineers, and support teams to align client expectations.
