You will develop schedules and budgets, manage vendor contracts, oversee power, cooling, networking, and cabling installations, and guide startup and commissioning phases while coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads data center construction with colocation providers to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
• Develops detailed project schedules and budgets, coordinating milestones across multiple projects.
• Creates and maintains design reviews, commissioning papers, and risk mitigation documentation.
• Oversees installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems.
• Selects and manages contracts with external vendors and contractors.
• Leads startup and commissioning phases and ensures systems are operational.
