Oracle in Utah is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead data center builds with colocation providers. You will manage schedules, budgets, QA, and coordinate installation of power, cooling, networking, and cabling to meet design specs.

You will drive risk mitigation, manage vendor contracts, and oversee startup/commissioning phases to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with approved designs.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management for data centers or large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong skills in planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Ability to coordinate complex schedules across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction of data centers with colocation providers to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across multiple projects.
• Monitor budgets and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective execution.
• Oversee QA processes to ensure adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate startup and commissioning phases and ensure systems are operational.
