Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie seeks a Senior Commissioning Validation Manager to lead commissioning governance for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data center delivery programs. Responsibilities include ensuring critical electrical, mechanical, life-safety, and supporting systems are tested, validated, and accepted before turnover.

You will lead cross-functional teams and third-party agents, drive readiness, test execution, issue resolution, and provide executive-level reporting on progress and risk.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading commissioning validation governance in data center projects.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Deep knowledge of MEP systems, power distribution, HVAC, and life-safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning validation execution across data center sites and programs with accountability for readiness, test governance, quality, safety, and operational acceptance.
• Own and standardize commissioning validation activities and turnover documentation including test scripts and acceptance criteria.
• Provide oversight of internal teams, commissioning agents, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
