A leading engineering and architecture firm is seeking a senior-level Code Specialist to oversee compliance with building codes and regulatory standards for Data Center projects. This position requires extensive knowledge of local, state, and national codes, along with 15+ years of architectural experience. You will mentor teams, analyze compliance strategies, and ensure project risk mitigation while supporting a hybrid work policy that promotes collaboration between offices and remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of professional architectural experience.
• Extensive, hands-on expertise in building codes and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience interpreting and applying building codes across multiple project and construction types.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary authority on building codes, zoning regulations, and life safety requirements.
• Interpret and apply local, state, and national building codes.
• Provide code analysis and compliance strategies during project planning, design development, and construction.
