Job summary

City National Bank of Florida seeks an Infrastructure Engineer Senior to manage Data Center infrastructure, networks, and internal systems environments. You will maintain VMware, Citrix, Active Directory, MS Azure/Office 365, and storage platforms while performing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced banking setting.

You will design, implement, and document technical processes, collaborate with multiple business units, and lead automation efforts for mass deployment and updates.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in systems administration with virtualization, cloud and networking.
• 2–4 years experience in medium or large enterprises.
• 2–4 years experience in financial sector or other regulated sectors preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of server systems (Windows and Linux).
• In-depth knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix).
• Advanced administration knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Azure and Office 365.
• In-depth knowledge of email administration related configurations (including SMTP, DMARC, SPF).
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, patching and remediation.
• Understanding of network protocols, topologies, and troubleshooting.
• Scripting and automation tools preferred (PowerShell, Bash).
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and manage tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expert on Data Center Technologies.
• Manage the Data Center infrastructure, network support and internal system environments.
• Perform needs analysis, documentation, design, development, testing and provide solutions for technology implementation.
• Design and support server systems and supporting software.
• Document technical processes and information systems to support strategic goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs meet needs of management and users.
• Propose improvements to business processes and coordinate related tasks.
• Develop and maintain systems for mass-deployment and automation of apps and images.
• Recommend modernization to improve data center, network, and system efficiency.
• Evaluate and deploy new systems and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and repair critical issues with servers and network infrastructure.
• Establish backup and recovery policies for network applications and hardware.
