Job summary

Align Communications in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Data Center Cabling Supervisor to lead large-scale cabling installations for AI and hyperscale data centers across the U.S. You will oversee low-voltage cabling from planning through field execution, ensuring safety, quality, and on-schedule delivery.

Applicants should have 3+ years of structured cabling experience, proven leadership of field crews, and the ability to read cabling drawings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in structured cabling, low-voltage, or fiber in large data centers.
• Proven experience managing field cabling crews.
• Ability to read and understand cabling design drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee installation of cabling and support systems in new data center white space.
• Set and maintain cabling standards (fiber and copper) for multiple projects.
• Build and manage cabling tracking sheets (pull patch schedules).
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and internal crews to keep projects on schedule.
• Perform on-site quality checks—terminations, labeling, routing, and test results.
