Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in structured cabling, low-voltage, or fiber optic systems.
• Proven experience managing field cabling crews.
• Ability to read and understand cabling design drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of labeling standards and cabling best practices.
• Strong Excel skills for data vetting and tracking.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in active data center environments.
• Ablity to handle fast-paced, high-pressure projects.
• Willing to travel 75% of the time to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee installation of cabling and support systems.
• Set and maintain cabling standards for multiple projects.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and internal crews.
• Perform on-site quality checks and monitor project progress.
• Manage documentation including submittals and invoicing.
• Enforce safety rules and lead daily toolbox talks.
