Job summary

Align is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee large-scale cabling infrastructure deployments for AI and hyperscale data centers across the U.S. The role emphasizes planning, coordination, documentation, reporting, and overall project delivery with client, vendor, and field-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing AI infrastructure, data center cabling, and IT deployments for large-scale projects, with up to ~50% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years PM experience in data centers, low-voltage or IT infra deployments.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks and client expectations.
• Strong organizational and customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and project-management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Create and maintain schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve deployment issues.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and closeout documentation.
• Track materials, equipment readiness, labor, and project costs.
