Job summary

Align is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale data center cabling deployments across the U.S. The role focuses on planning, coordination, documentation, reporting, and project delivery, working with clients, teams, vendors, and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.

The ideal candidate has experience in AI infrastructure, data center cabling, and low-voltage networks for sizable deployments, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in data center or large IT deployments.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors, and locations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve schedule or deployment issues.
• Handle RFIs, change orders, submittals, status reports, and closeout documentation.
• Track materials, equipment readiness, labor and project costs.
• Lead client and internal project meetings and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure field work meets requirements.
• Support QA/QC, testing, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
