Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a Principal Data Center Asset & Quality Manager to lead material readiness, asset management, and quality acceptance for giga-scale data center construction. You will coordinate with procurement, design, telecom contractors, and construction teams to protect schedule and budget while ensuring installation quality.

Based in the El Paso, TX/Las Cruces, NM area, the role requires relocation or local residence.

Qualifications

• Strong asset and material management experience in data center or telecom environments.
• Experience delivering asset management, material logistics, and QA across multi-phase projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, BOMs, and QA/QC documentation.
• Excellent communication with executives, engineering, construction, and field teams.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead material readiness and quality acceptance across multi-phase data center work.
• Develop and maintain visibility into material demand, lead times, inventory, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with telecom contractors, procurement, design managers, and construction teams to manage shortages and risks.
• Establish asset tracking, inventory controls, and reconciliation for proper storage and installation.
• Provide data-driven updates and dashboards to project leadership.
