Wachter is seeking self‑motivated Low Voltage Project Technicians for service and project work across the United States. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair structured cabling systems in various environments.

This full‑time role requires travel and a willingness to learn and assist in other structured cabling environments when needed. We value independent workers who deliver solutions and provide long‑term service with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and site maps.
• Must hold a current valid State license for low voltage/burglar alarm/fire alarm/CCTV.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on‑call, day or night when required.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain structured cabling systems.
• Run low voltage cabling in commercial buildings, including drilling concrete walls.
• Test cable systems and verify operation of devices.
• Adhere to safety requirements and local codes; assist with design planning.
