Job summary

Akaasa Technologies in Washington, DC Metro Area is seeking a highly skilled Business/Data Analyst with strong data analysis capabilities and experience in the financial and investment domains. Ideal candidate will have approximately 7+ years of experience, strong SQL skills, and a solid understanding of modern data warehouse concepts, including Azure Data Warehouse/cloud data environments.

This role requires 4 days per week onsite in the DC area and collaboration with technical and business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Data Analysis.
• Strong experience within the financial services and/or investment domain.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Solid understanding of modern data warehouse concepts and implementations.
• Experience with Azure Data Warehouse/Azure cloud data projects.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large or complex datasets and derive insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work 4 days per week onsite in the DC Metro area.
• Must be local to the DC Metro area.
