Job summary

Kforce has a client seeking a Data Analyst 4 in Redmond, WA. You will develop, maintain, and enhance staffing and workforce planning models using SQL, Python, and Azure data services to deliver insights.

Responsibilities include building and optimizing data pipelines with Azure Data Factory, managing Azure SQL environments, and supporting ETL, reporting, and SSAS cubes. You will partner with stakeholders to translate workforce needs into scalable analytics, ensuring data quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 5+ years of applicable experience.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Advanced SQL development and database design expertise.
• Familiarity with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) cubes and dimensional modeling.
• Understanding of Azure data platform services and cloud-based data architectures.
• Strong Python programming skills for data analysis, automation, and data engineering tasks.
• Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipeline development and maintenance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
